We do sell MERV Filters

  • We stock Merv 11 & 16 in the most common sizes. If we do not have your filter size in stock we can have it in stock within the next 24-48 hours.
  • Please note we are primarily a service-based business and do not carry an extensive stock of wholesale inventory. Although we do have some stock available it is becoming harder and harder to be carrying everything due to the diversity of products. With that being said, we are fortunate to have strong relationships with national and world renowned wholesalers and suppliers. This allows us to access parts and products from across Canada at the lowest possible price for our clients.
  • -If you desire a specific furnace filter please call ahead and arrange a time to pick up your requested filter as our office hours may fluctuate due to our need to be multiple places at once. We appreciate your understanding.

We stock a limited supply of certain furnace filters. If we have your filter in stock it can be available for same day pick up upon appointment. If we do not have your filter in stock, we can have it in stock within 24-48 hours.

Filters comes in all shapes and sizes. The filters we carry at We Do It Plumbing and Heating have different levels of efficiency and are rated by the size of particle they trap. We suggest talking to one of technicians to best identify what filter to purchase as your needs may vary. 

The Healthy Climate Merv 11 is a standard filter ideal for homes with pets and lasts roughly 8 to 12 months, while the Healthy Climate Merv 13 is ideal for filtering out mold and some viruses and last roughly 8-12 months. The Healthy Climate Merv 16 is the highest level of particle filtration you can purchase. The Merv 16 filter includes a carbon core which will reduce ozone while trapping germs and virus and removes up to 95% of particles in your home. In addition to these options, We Do It can also install HEPA filters to your ductwork to clean the air in your house to be as clean as the air in a hospital.

Repairs can run from $300 to $2000, while that is ball-park amount, there are many different parts for different furnaces. We stock the most common parts in our vans and warehouse. We charge a diagnostic trip charge and go over any additional repair cost before proceeding with the repair. You will always know the cost before we perform any work.
Here at J&A he understand that larger purchases cant be made right away. Our main priority is to get you up and running until you make a final decision. If we fix your furnace we will give you a 7 day grace period if you decide to replace your unit all together. We do this because we understand all decisions cant be made right on the spot.
